I decided to go to one of my favorite local restaurants and take some photos. Houston is known for its tex mex style and that becomes apparent driving down any highway. Being from the north east, we were only given one option in the fast casual mexican food category. Here in Houston, we have so many that it becomes a chore to decide on which one to go to. My favorite for this type of place is Bullritos.
Bullritos is very similar to a Chipotle in the type of food that they offer and how it’s prepped. You place your order by writing your name on a paper bag and then choosing your options, much like Which Wich. This makes things fairly easy and the ordering process a lot faster.
The Bullritos I went to is located off of 1960, near a Target and Home Depot. This go around I just opted to get their taco meal (beef, lettuce and queso dip) with some chips and queso on the side. I’m a queso junkie. It was awesome. See the pics below:
